Most of the Maui Pink Cap Swimmers chose to swim upstream this morning - and fortunately we had a rope assist part of the way.
A wicked current was running south, so many of us chose to begin the swim by heading north instead. We utilized every trick we could think of to make progress, including aiming for and pulling on anchor cables along the way. The swim back was a blissful, easy, gliding superhero kind of swim.
