First Lovebirds, Now Parrots?

 First I was seeing Lovebirds in the trees, now Parrots?

This parrot was making a lot of noise and drawing a lot of attention on the beach this morning, and there was no obvious human caretaker in sight. The parrot was loving both the freedom and the attention. It also had a GREAT laugh.
