Even with the immense crowds, we enjoyed the main chateaux of Versailles; but our favorite part by far was Marie Antoinette's bucolic farm out on the edge of the grounds. We were among the very few who bothered to walk the extra distance to her hamlet, although we did manage to get lost in the woods for a while.What a treat.
