Pill Boxes from World War Two still guard many of Maui's finer beaches. At seventy years old, they have been around longer than me. I know, hard to believe.

I am in Maui for the next week and interested in coming out and swimming with the pink caps swim club. Can you give me more information on time and location that the club meets on Sunday mornings so that i can join in the fun with everyone else!

Aloha Melanie, we get in the water around 9 a.m. almost every Sunday at the south end of the beach in front of the Makena Resort (formerly the Maui Prince Hotel). Hope to see you there.
