Spooky Ghosts

I heard ghosts booooooing this morning, so the Ua'u-Kani must be back. And they were! They sound just like ghosts in old movies which is spooky. I've seen feathers in their burrow entrances before, but had never actually seen the birds until today.

I wish they would dig deeper holes because a dog killed several of them at this location last year. Still, it was really cool to get to see them. I hope they make lots of babies.
