The South surf has subsided and clear water was back for the Maui Pink Cap ocean swimmers this morning. Allie's husband, A.J., escorted us on his stand-up paddleboard, so we all gave it a try (poor guy didn't realize that he was going to be forced to swim the distance with us). I found it extremely difficult to keep my balance (read, I kept falling off) and am very impressed by how easy these guys make it look.
My underwater camera is still out of commission, so my appologies for the poor quality of today's photos (click HERE for more photos from today).
